These Terms of Service govern your use of the Revitune website located at revitune.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Revitune ("Revitune," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

Revitune sells cosmetic skincare and makeup products. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. The full ingredient list of each skincare and makeup product is shown on its product page and on the packaging. Results and experiences vary from person to person, and cosmetic products do not permanently change the structure of the skin or face. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Colors, textures and appearance may vary slightly from photos due to display settings and lighting.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on warehouse availability.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intended Use and Disclaimer

Revitune products are intended for cosmetic, at-home use only. They are not drugs or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• Skincare and makeup are for external use only. Read the ingredient list before use, and do a patch test on a small area of skin (for example, inside the forearm) 24 hours before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Avoid contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse well with water. Stop using the product immediately if redness, irritation, or discomfort occurs, and consult a physician if it continues. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Keep out of reach of children. Store as described on the packaging.

If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any health concerns, consult a physician before use.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights, or to submit false or misleading information.

10. Limitation of Liability

This limitation does not apply to: (a) claims for bodily injury or death to the extent caused by Revitune's negligence or a defect in the product, (b) liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, or (c) Revitune's obligations under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under the law of your state or country of residence.
