Here's what to expect once you place an order with Revitune.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped out within 24–48 hours of purchase; occasionally it can take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times, counted in calendar days from the day you place your order (processing included):

  • United States: 7–14 days
  • Canada: 8–14 days
  • United Kingdom: 8–14 days
  • New Zealand: 10–16 days
  • Australia: 10–18 days

These are typical times, not guarantees. A small share of orders may take longer because of customs processing, carrier delays or local holidays, which are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Deep Collagen Triple Peptide Firming Ampoule: $4.99 for 1 bottle. Free shipping on 2 or more bottles, including Buy 1, Get 1 Free.
  • Other skincare and makeup: $4.99 on orders under $60. Free shipping on orders of $60 or more.

Your shipping method and total are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated above, we will notify you by email and give you the choice to (a) consent to a revised estimated ship date, or (b) cancel your order for a full refund. If you do not respond to a delay notice and we are unable to ship within 30 days of the original estimate, we will automatically cancel the unshipped portion of your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Separately

Some items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability, so we can get each item to you as quickly as possible. If you ordered more than one item, don't worry if they arrive in more than one package — this is expected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Revitune is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the buyer's responsibility.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Revitune is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@revitune.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
