Thank you for shopping with Revitune. If something isn't right, here's how our guarantee and refunds work.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Skincare and Makeup)

Our skincare and makeup, including the Deep Collagen Triple Peptide Firming Ampoule and our color-changing foundation, come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Results take time, so use the product daily. If you are not happy, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund the product price.

• You do not need to send the product back. Opened and used bottles are fine. You keep them.
• What we refund: the price you paid for the products. Shipping fees are not refunded.
• Bundles: for Buy 1, Get 1 Free and other bundle offers, we refund the amount you paid for the bundle.
• One guarantee claim per customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@revitune.com as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund, including shipping. You will not need to pay anything to return these items. This request does not shorten any legal rights you may have.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, we will notify you by email and refund your original payment method within 15 business days. It can take some extra time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a refund for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
